Nowadays our scientists have done one experiment on one 48 female Sarah to find the effects of sleeping time. After 6 days of 8 hours sleeping and 6 days of 6 hours sleeping . They have take two pictures.

We can tell the sleepy face easily from the two pictures. But this experiment also have some shortcomings. First they did not control the food she eat. And secondly, the light of the picture look different. As a profettional photo grapher I am quite sure they have changed something in the two picture. But lack of sleeping do have serious effects to our body. 

First your skin would create more oil as you are awake in the night. And the oil would make my dust in the air in your skin pores. These dust would cause the blackheads problems, also may cause enlarged pores. And this problems would make your face have a bad look. And secondly, the lack of sleeping would age your skin around the eyes. The wrinkle would appear around your eyes. That is a bad signature. And the dark circles make you look unhealthy. At the same time your body also have changed from the inside. The lack of sleep would influence the blood pressure and also would increate the chance to get cancer. The people lack of sleep would get more emotional. And a long time lack of sleep would cause alopecia. 

After seeing this ,would still stay up in the deep night. Go to sleep as soon as possible.

Internet is one great job of the new technology world. It connects the people world wide on this net. People upload the photoes, write words and share every part of their life. I have uploaded one song in one movie. Then I have found it was downloaded for more than 6000 times, listened 7000 times. It make me realize how big is the world of internet. And how great numbers would the internet create in just one day. And this number is still increasing. The photos , the video, the music and many things, this make up the internet world. But when we are benefit from the internet. We have some problems with it too. It is the internet addiction.

Internet addiction, it was first heard about 20 years ago. At that time, the PC is not widely used in the family. People go to the internet club. Most of them use the internet club's computers to play the games online or talk with other people. The internet club's situation is horrible. However people are enjoying the time on the internet. People haven't known the form of internet. It is more like one kind high grade game room. But the games have already attracted a number of people. They play the games day and night in the internet club. Then the public have mentioned the internet addiction.

I used to be one of this group. And I have also done some research for this kind addiction.

The causes of the internet addiction have several reasons.

First, lack of the social acitivity. 

People play the games because they are boring. The games have given them the excite moment to forget the borning time. They are lack of the social activity. They do not have a hobby. And playing the games is the only thing they can do during the part time.

Second, loneliness.

As one of them, I know the loneliness work for the internet addiction. During the holiday, when you are tired of watching the television all day in the weekend. You do not have any other choices. But the healthy people should go out with their friends for a trip or some adventures. The sports would also be good for them. But they do not have the friends. That may cause the internet addiction.

How to quit this addiction?

1, do not believe your ability for self control. Delete all the games or anything to waste your time. At least to make it harder to make you gain it. 

2,form a good hobby such as sports, travel or something can attact your focus when you are feeling boring.

3,ask your parents or the friends to help you. Make the remind you when you are busy with the internet.

Above all, it is all depend on your own behave. Make up your mind and stick with it. One day you would get it done.

Movie tells the stories.Some of the movies is not made up by the editors. They are based on the true stories. And the true stories make us know the truth. And sometimes it make us can not forget. 

Yesteday night I have watched one movie called The Imitation Game. The movie is talking about Alan Turing.There are no stories told about him in this article. What I want is tell you how do I feel about this man.

I do not understand why the homosexcual is a crime in the past. But people are changing the thoughts all the time. In the past it is nude for the woman to wear the trousers. The woman have to bind their feet in the eastern countries. But people are changing which we call it as civilized. The love is the special emotion of human. Turing's love start from his school. He name his machine as Christoper who used to be his best friend and the first one he ever love. Their love is pure. I used to have the bad thought about those gay people. But when you try to understand those things. I thin we should understand them. The love is not different from ours to theirs. They love each other, so let it be. Why would we have to judge their behaves. Their love is also as beautiful as ours. 

Finally Turing have given his life a end. He ate the apple with poison. The apple half eaten is left on the table. And this have become the signature of the world greatest tech company Apple's signature. They do not understand his love. And they have killled Turing using their own way. It is a shame for Turing also a shame for the whole society. Now the dead is gone, we have to prevent this happen again in our new world. 

I think there is one black hole in my mind. Chasing after the advertisement and buy many things I do not need.It is bad to know about many things. Ten years ago I only wish I can get a computer. I never know what is the Alienware. Now I get one Alienware Aurora on the desk. I never know a computer can be so fast. 3 years ago, I never think a denim pants can sell at around 200 dollars per pair. Now I have owned three pairs of G-Star. Two years ago, I never know I can order the junk food from online. Now I am over weight because of the junk food. People all are trying to reach a higher grade for their life quality. They enjoy trying the good things. But soon that form one kind of their habbit. Men's greedy heart is one black hole we can never fill. So am I. 

Money is easy to be wasted. Normal people woud not spend thousands on the toys as a adults. But when I am looking at those boxes in the corner I feel a little regret for what I have done. It is one kind strong desire to own something. This thing twisted our mind and make us have to press the buy now button. I believe the shopping have already turned to a mental disease for a number of people among us. I am one of these people. We can not control and keep trying to bring ourselves those things do not have any use for our lives. 

Control is a basic talent of adults. When we are kids we can't stop eating the sweets, that make our teeth broken. But after several years, we should learn to control ourselves. We have the income every week. But we should keep it for the life in future. You can not just divide it into 7 pieces. If one day you need the money, you would feel regret for what you have done. 

To fill this black hole, we must learn to control. The mind control would help you shut down the black hole. Life is a challenge.

We heared the news that the government would raise the tax to the cigarette company around 10%. That means the price of the cigarette would raise. I believe that is a good news,. The cigarette age is about over. It is one thing which have harmed our health. And it is good to make them disappear.And that also remind the memory in the past.

Cigarette used to be one coll item for the young boys. We were inspired by the handsome action from the movie. The male actor put the cigaretee into his mouth, then the blue smoke come out from his mouth and nose. It is so cool for the young boys. So we are trying to learn from the movie. I started smoking since the high school. The students treat the smoking as one kind community between the cool boys. We smoke in the washroom. And we shared the cigarettes with the friends only. Although ,we do not know how harmful is the cigarette to our health. People smoke all the time during that time. When the adults get together, they would smoke in the meeting room. The blue smoke flow in the air, it look nice but it is harmful for everyone. 

Now as the city developed. People start to get concerned about the health. We have learnt how harmful is the cigarette. And it is not allowed to smoke in public anymore.And the family also suggest their members do not smoke. It is a source of many diseases. But the cigarette would create the addiction to the smokers. Someone quit smoking easily, but some of them can not. They are trying hard to quit smoking. 

Now the tax of the cigarette have raised. That would make the smokers smoke less. It is a good news to help the smokers stop stop smoking. 

Denim is a kind perfect material. It have the special western taste. The natural blue wash and the buttons made of bronze. And what I am going to talk about is the Evisu. This is one high-end brand come from Japan. And now they have their European line and Asian line already. The design of the Evisu is the urban style. Most of their denim is unwashed which we call it raw denim. The naturnal navy blue with the special smell. My new idea for the coming autumn look should have one piece of Evisu jacket in the navy blue. And the raw denim jeans in dark black. And the leather shoes and one high collar hoodie. This look would be perfect with the urban special taste. 

Denim have many kinds ways to match with the darily wears. And all we need is try it on. The creativity of the human is always amazing. But when we are creating we should also keep the earnest attitude towards producing like the Evisu jeans. They offer their customers the best. The customers would support them. It is not just benefit from the customers. It is building the trust from the customers. 

While I am watching the movie or some program on the television. Usually I would not bring my head. It not means I would not take my head physically. It means I do not think while I am watching the movie. No matter the cool films from hollywood or any other movies. The writer of the movie is playing one important role. They make up the story. But sometimes they would make mistakes. So when you are treating the story so seriously. You would not be satisfied with any movie. Because we can tell many mistakes in the movie. Such as one actor is holding something in his right hand. But soon the thing have turned to be in the left hand. These things have happened a lot of times in the movies. And people have collected them also. But when you think it is just one movie to kill the part time. So you would not mid about it. It is just a movie. Movie is just like some homework for the adults. They have made mistakes. And we just accept them. It is normal. There are a lot of things to do during the part time. Doing the sports, listening the music or playing PC games or travelling . But I would choose watch the film. The film seems to be one kind icon of the time. The movies from different time have different kinds style. I like the movie called fight club. It is about one person with mental disease. But the Tyler Durden created in his mind is one great person who have see many things very clearly. But it have gone to one extreme edge. And make him have to destroy the Tyler Durden inside him. It is done. But the damage have already been created by Tyler Durden. He said he want the whole world start from zero again. Then they have destroy the data center of the national bank. It is one great movie. The director use the special tech put the flash shadow of Tyler Durden into the movie several times. It reminds that Tyler Durden is inside the man's mind. He is not real. This is the greatest movie ever for me.

Grandmother have made us a telephone asking when we will be back at the hometown. This is the third time she make the telephone call asking when we will go back to the hometown. My family realize she is waiting for us. She is looking forward that we can go back to the hometown and take care of her.  This is the family. I feel a little sad for all these things. And there is also some fear.

The family is a special family. When I am a baby, the grandparents have never took a look at me. My mother have to take me to the workplace to take care of me. My parent's marriage is not blessed by most people. So the grandparents also hate me. They treated us very unfair which make the my family complain. There used to be a long time, our family  do not contact with them. And after grandfather passed away, westart to pay some visit to their house. But the relationship is not very good. Several years ago, we have gone there for a visit. And then we start to make some telephone call. But in a sudden, the grandmother have a serious disease in her eyes. She barely can not see things. She realize her life would be hard. None of the other two brothers of my father would like to take care of her. It is sad.

Human's closest relationship should be the family. But why people are changing. The uncles used to take great benefit from the grandparents. But when they are old and poor, they do not want to spend a penny on them. And now grandmother realize we are the people which can be relied on. But how can we take this responsibility alone? Life is always hard. When I get old, would I live like that? Would my children become selfish? No one can know the future. But I know grandmother would feel regret for what she have done with the family. I feel a little sad for her.
