Internet is one great job of the new technology world. It connects the people world wide on this net. People upload the photoes, write words and share every part of their life. I have uploaded one song in one movie. Then I have found it was downloaded for more than 6000 times, listened 7000 times. It make me realize how big is the world of internet. And how great numbers would the internet create in just one day. And this number is still increasing. The photos , the video, the music and many things, this make up the internet world. But when we are benefit from the internet. We have some problems with it too. It is the internet addiction.

Internet addiction, it was first heard about 20 years ago. At that time, the PC is not widely used in the family. People go to the internet club. Most of them use the internet club's computers to play the games online or talk with other people. The internet club's situation is horrible. However people are enjoying the time on the internet. People haven't known the form of internet. It is more like one kind high grade game room. But the games have already attracted a number of people. They play the games day and night in the internet club. Then the public have mentioned the internet addiction.

I used to be one of this group. And I have also done some research for this kind addiction.

The causes of the internet addiction have several reasons.

First, lack of the social acitivity. 

People play the games because they are boring. The games have given them the excite moment to forget the borning time. They are lack of the social activity. They do not have a hobby. And playing the games is the only thing they can do during the part time.

Second, loneliness.

As one of them, I know the loneliness work for the internet addiction. During the holiday, when you are tired of watching the television all day in the weekend. You do not have any other choices. But the healthy people should go out with their friends for a trip or some adventures. The sports would also be good for them. But they do not have the friends. That may cause the internet addiction.

How to quit this addiction?

1, do not believe your ability for self control. Delete all the games or anything to waste your time. At least to make it harder to make you gain it. 

2,form a good hobby such as sports, travel or something can attact your focus when you are feeling boring.

3,ask your parents or the friends to help you. Make the remind you when you are busy with the internet.

Above all, it is all depend on your own behave. Make up your mind and stick with it. One day you would get it done.
