Nowadays our scientists have done one experiment on one 48 female Sarah to find the effects of sleeping time. After 6 days of 8 hours sleeping and 6 days of 6 hours sleeping . They have take two pictures.
We can tell the sleepy face easily from the two pictures. But this experiment also have some shortcomings. First they did not control the food she eat. And secondly, the light of the picture look different. As a profettional photo grapher I am quite sure they have changed something in the two picture. But lack of sleeping do have serious effects to our body.
First your skin would create more oil as you are awake in the night. And the oil would make my dust in the air in your skin pores. These dust would cause the blackheads problems, also may cause enlarged pores. And this problems would make your face have a bad look. And secondly, the lack of sleeping would age your skin around the eyes. The wrinkle would appear around your eyes. That is a bad signature. And the dark circles make you look unhealthy. At the same time your body also have changed from the inside. The lack of sleep would influence the blood pressure and also would increate the chance to get cancer. The people lack of sleep would get more emotional. And a long time lack of sleep would cause alopecia.
After seeing this ,would still stay up in the deep night. Go to sleep as soon as possible.
The summer is still warming up the temperature. After the ice cream and wonderful beach life. When the weather get hotter. We are willing to stay in the house and enjoy the air machine at home. However sometimes we have to get out for working and sho...
