The hot summer have come already. The weather make us have to wear the shorts and dresses on. And at the same time, we have the same problem - the fat on the leg. After a long time spring break. We enjoy eating the delicious food. Now they have become the fat on our calves. Its over-sized look sure would disturb your wonderful summer time. So how can we slim the calves ?

Sports is one the healthy way to lose the weight. But we should be aware of the sports. Some of the sports would not make your calves slim. Instead these sports would pump your calves up. 

Most ideas said running would make your calves slim. However it is also the main way to pump your calves up. So how can figure out the way to slim the calves?

First we need to know what make our calves look over-sized?

The fat on the calves is one of the problems. In order to lose the fat we need to control the food we eat every. Stop eating the junk food such as the hamberg, oil fried food. They taste delicious. But they are dangerous and also bring your body large numbers of fat. This is main reason for your over-sized calves.

And second, the gastrocnemius muscle and soleus mucle is the main part of our calves.And the loose gastrocnemius muscle make your legs look over-sized. And the running would pump the gastrocnemius muscle up and make your calves look over-sized. Instead the soleus muscle is deeper inside your calves. And the lean soleus muscle can make your calves look lean.

After knowing the two facts upside. We would know what we do to slim the calves.

First , stop eating the junk food to prevent more fat on your body.

Second, we should do some sports to lose the fat. aexobic exercise to lose burn the fat. And more stretch to your soleus muscle. You can sit on the ground and pull the front side of your feet. This stretch can make the soleus become slim and make you calves look thinner.
