I have purchased some sport items. It is for the new plan for the week.Sweat once a day. It is needed for the sport plan.The summer is coming. And it is the time for sports. I believe summer is more effective for losing weight because it have the high temperature. It burns more fat as the hot weather. This is why I love the summer. I have been working out for several months last year. The feeling is suffering as every day I feel a great stress for the sport. But I convince myself to do it every day. No matter how tired I am or how hot is the weather. It do work, make my leg look thinner and the stretch of the body is much better. But I have stopped for some reason. Because during those days I have a sad emotion that I do not want to do anything. Now everything fixed so I have to work out from today. At first I do not understand why people need to sports every day. Because in my daily life I would walking about 10000 steps to the place I work. And I am standing on the bus every day. I believe that would make me do a lot of sports. People around me also have the similar idea because they think they are tired enough every day. But we do not know when we are the younger kids, we run every where. But we never feel tired. I believe the body is like a racing car. If you drop it in the garage for too long. The parts would not fit for a high speed status. And if we keep it running. It would work nice. We walk and stand, it is just the basic stable sports even can not make our lung into the status full use.If we do not make full use of it for a long time. Our body would not feel fit and get tired every day. Most of us feel tired is because we do not do enough sports.
